Never quite your room.<\/p><p>It\u2019s a dream, a room borrowed,<\/p><p>lived in by someone\u2019s past intentions.<\/p><p>Beige, like memory.<\/p><p>With that peculiar in-between smell,<\/p><p>mild detergent, something once floral,<\/p><p>now faded into resignation and dust.<\/p><p>A chair engineered for the human spine,<\/p><p>and yet utterly indifferent to your specific suffering.<\/p><p>A desk too modern, trying to suggest purpose<\/p><p>through its minimalism.<\/p><p>And there you are,<\/p><p>neither working nor not working, just poised.<\/p><p>A voyeur in your own imagination.<\/p><p>You\u2019re not idle.
