Not fear, not longing, just the odd sensation<\/p>
of catching myself in a window and thinking,<\/p>
me again, before letting the whole moment pass.<\/p>
When I close the window,<\/p>
not with force, nothing in this flat<\/p>
tolerates force, but with gentle resignation,<\/p>
then the shuffle: socks across the floor,<\/p>
keys, shoes, a door that can\u2019t open fully,<\/p>
trapped by the coats hanging in its way.<\/p>
